Congratulations to the Australian innovators that have been awarded as winners and highly commended in the AVALON 2023 Innovation Awards, this year worth $100,000.
In a first for AVALON, both the National and the SME Innovation Awards were won by the same company, Melbourne-based 1MILLIKELVIN Pty Limited and the Young Innovator Award was presented to a young engineer from BAE Systems Australia in Melbourne, Mr Callum Rohweder.
1MILLIKELVIN’s dual awarding was in recognition of their revolutionary stress imaging technology, which was developed in collaboration with the Defence Science and Technology Group.
